Ruth joined the EffectiveHRM team in April 2024 as HR Administration Team Leader to oversee the HR admin function for the business. Ruth has a level 3 CIPD qualification and has worked in various busy HR operations teams for the last eight years, mainly in the finance sector.
Ruth has a keen attention to detail, values excellent customer service and is always looking for opportunities to improve processes.
In her spare time, Ruth enjoys hiking and art, often combining the two by taking her sketchbook along for walks in the countryside whenever possible.
