Jess originally came to EffectiveHRM in January 2024 to complete a 10-week internship as part of her university course and immediately became a valued member of the team. Jess is now working part-time as a HR Admin Assistant while continuing with her studies towards a BA (Hons) Degree in Human Resource Management at the University of South Wales.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
