Aaron holds a first class degrees in Business Management and Law (Hons) and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management (Level 7) respectively. He has a robust background in Human Resources as a HR generalist with extensive experience across various sectors including professional services, manufacturing, retail, and hospitality. Aaron is currently undertaking a Level 4 ILM Qualification and is aspiring to achieve Chartered Membership of the CIPD by the end of 2024.
Aaron is passionate about learning and development and thrives on supporting organisations on how to apply best practice in line with employment legislation. He has a proven track record in helping resolve workplace issues and supporting change initiatives. Aaron has a pragmatic, judicious approach to HR whilst being commercially aware.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys going to the gym, running, and watching sport. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
