About the course
The Effective Manager Development Course is designed to enhance your skills and knowledge of HR, employment law and people management. This course will give you valuable theoretical and practical knowledge you will immediately be able to take away and implement.
The course is split into four modules to cover essential people management skills.

Course Breakdown
Module 1: Recruitment and Onboarding
- Adverts, job descriptions, establishing a fair process and selection.
- Employment status, contractual terms and other legal requirements.
- Induction and probation process.

Module 3: Employee Management
- Disciplinary and Grievances.
