Our HR Help Desk is a cost-effective advice and template document service.
If you just want telephone and email access to our HR advice team and our HR document library, then this is the option for you and your business.
What you get from us:
- Our team will provide you with advice and support by telephone and by email.
- You can either self-service and access the letters from the Document Library yourself or one of our advisors can provide you with the relevant templates after giving you advice.
- We will advise you on how to manage the HR process and you then manage the process yourself.
- We will talk you through the HR issue, provide you with guidance and the relevant standard letters and flow charts.
- We will check your letters and documents, if you send them back to our advisor for checking, before sending it out to the employee for example.
What is not included as part of this package?
- We don’t provide you with employment contracts or keep your employment contracts up to date.
- We don’t provide you with policies or a staff handbook.
- We don’t deal directly with your employees on your behalf.
- We don’t prepare bespoke emails, letters or documents for you.
If you choose this option and realise that you want more hands on support from us, you can always upgrade to our HR Manager Service.
